All of these rankings are strictly based off of 2019 sales and will vary from year to year. By analyzing the stats by location, it may help to find the building that is right for you! The key will help choose what category you wish to sort by, or you can simply just scroll below.

Downtown San Diego can be a complicated market to navigate. Not only do neighborhoods differ drastically, but each building within the neighborhood is also very different.
