Construction Progress & Sales Gallery Opening
Exciting news! Downtown San Diego’s latest high-rise is making great progress. The foundation, garage, and podium levels are done, and the building has now reached about four stories above ground. Things are moving along smoothly, and the project is on track.
If you’re thinking about buying, keep an eye out for the sales gallery, which is expected to open in 2025. This will be your chance to check out floor plans, see the finishes, explore amenities, and get a feel for what’s coming. The earlier you start learning about the process, the better positioned you’ll be when sales begin.

Understanding The Potential Selection Process
While it’s not guaranteed that Bosa Development will follow the same approach as past projects, previous buildings like Savina and Pacific Gate had a structured release process. In those cases, buyers who had previously purchased directly from Bosa Development were given first priority. Don’t worry – this includes buyers that had an agent representing them. This does not, however, include anyone who owns/owned in a Bosa building that purchased it as a resale.
Another advantage in past sales was for agents who had sold homes in Pacific Gate. They were given a select number of priority registrations for clients interested in Savina, based on the number of units they had sold. If this process is repeated, it could be a great opportunity for buyers working with experienced agents. I personally sold several new construction homes in Savina—including one of the eight penthouse-level residences—so I’m hoping for a similar setup this time around.
While we don’t know exactly how things will unfold, being prepared and working with someone who understands the process can give you a major advantage when it’s time to choose a home.
