Over the last several months, the average sales price in downtown has been trending upwards, while the average price per square foot has stayed consistent around $593/sf. One large jump we saw is the average days on market, which went from 26 days to 40. That is a large jump in time on market. The inventory has stayed consistent around just over a 3 month supply of inventory. Over the last 2 months, we have seen a drop in the list to sales price (%).
