Alta is located in Downtown San Diego’s East Village, on the border of Gaslamp. The community has great amenities considering how low the homeowner’s dues are. There is a lap pool, spa, large fully equipped fitness facility, community lounge, and an inviting modern lobby. While the building doesn’t have a 24 hour lobby attendant, they do have security that is onsite at night and during larger neighborhood events. My favorite part of the building is the clean European design and modern finishes.

Why is this a great deal?

This corner is the most desirable floor plan in the building, as it offers the best views, a great floor plan, and a large balcony. The ceilings are also higher than average and, when combined with the floor to ceiling windows, the space feels very large and open. When you look at the last 2 sales of the same floor plan, this residence is a great value. In October 2017, the same floor plan on the 17th floor sold for $1,080,000 ($903.77/sf).
