This Spacious 2 Bedroom is in a Fantastic Location!

Aperture is located in Little Italy, at the corner of Beech and Union. It is just steps from everything Little Italy has to offer, including the farmer’s market, which is held every Saturday on Date St.  Aperture was built by Citymark Development in 2007 and features a very modern design with exposed concrete features.  The building doesn’t offer amenities, but it has low homeowner’s dues.

Why is this condo a great buy?

I am a huge fan of Citymark Development. Their buildings feature nice modern designs, high ceilings and exposed concrete features throughout the residences. This floor plan in particular has a spacious living area and a very large east facing balcony. The dark tile floors go well with the modern design.

It is extremely hard to find a 2 bedroom in Little Italy that is comparable in size and price. The average condo sold in Little Italy year to date is only 917 square feet. There are also currently only 7 two bedroom listings to choose from in all of Little Italy. This Aperture is, by far, my favorite out of the options!

If you have never experienced the neighborhood, I highly recommend spending one weekend here to see why it is such a desirable location. The vibe is unlike the traditional downtown feel. It offers a slow pace lifestyle and it seems like everyone is always in a great mood. It is difficult to explain if you have not visited the neighborhood. You should visit the location during the Little Italy ArtWalk at the end of this month!
