Why is this a great deal?
I initially wrote about this property in September when it was listed for $949,000-$969,000. I already thought it was a great deal at that price, but since then it has been reduced almost $100,000! The property was initially listed for $1,200,000 over a year ago. Once a property sits that long, it often becomes stale. Reduction after reduction, it looks better and better.
