The building features a nice courtyard with a pool, spa, BBQ area and green space. The Mark also has a fully equipped fitness facility, lobby attendants, and a conference room. I like the buildings brick facade, spacious layouts, and exposed concrete features.

What makes this property great?
It is difficult to find a one bedroom luxury condo in Downtown San Diego that is made for 2 people, especially a home with a view.
