Renaissance #2004 – Modern Elegance & Functionality

Very few Downtown San Diego homes rival this penthouse residence in size and functionality. Perched high up on the 20th floor, this two story home is situated in the heart of the Marina District. Renaissance #2004 is unmatched in urban livability, with 4 bedrooms and 4.5 bathrooms spread out over 4,500+ sq ft. The contemporary design and walls of glass encompass the views of Downtown San Diego, the Bay, Ocean, and the Coronado Bridge.

This home has 4 very spacious bedrooms, 3 of which have their own en-suite bathrooms. The fourth bedroom is currently used as a creative space with a very large full bathroom that functions as a utility closet and laundry room. Renaissance #2004 has a modern elegant design with clean lines and walls of windows. At over 4,500 square feet, there isn’t anything else like it on the market.

About the Community

Renaissance is located in Downtown San Diego’s Marina District, in what I consider to be the most convenient area. With Ralph’s and Jimbo’s across the street, grocery shopping is made simple. There are also so many restaurant options within walking distance. Whether you want to go to Gaslamp or Little Italy, both locations are very convenient. The community features a pool, spa, fitness facility, two commercial BBQs, an outdoor fireplace and 24 hour lobby attendants.

There is a lot to be excited about in Downtown San Diego’s rapidly changing future. The Campus at Horton is underway and will feature approximately 700,000 sq ft. of office space that is geared towards tech companies, as well as 300,000 sq ft. of retail space. This project is across the street from Renaissance and I believe it will bring so much life to the area. The Campus is scheduled for completion sometime towards the end of 2022. Bosa Development is also working on completing an office space geared towards tech companies that is on the block directly North of Renaissance. There are two very large projects, Seaport Village’s redevelopment and Manchester’s Pacific Gateway, that are planned for San Diego’s bay front.  Both of these exciting projects are just a 5 minute walk from Renaissance.
