October 2018 Market Update – Downtown San Diego Condo Market
In September, we hit a year high average price of $699,750 in Downtown San Diego. We also had the first decrease in inventory since December of last year. Both the number of new listings and active listings went down, while the number of sales went up slightly. There was a drop in the number of properties to go into escrow, so there will likely be a downturn in sales this month.
