Fahrenheit

1025 Island Avenue, San Diego, CA 92101

Downtown San Diego – East Village

Fahrenheit is located in East Village, just two city blocks from Petco Park, home of the San Diego Padres. Fahrenheit has a sister building, M2i, located just across the street. The complex is also just a few blocks from the New Central Library and Thomas Jefferson Law School.

This great building has a very contemporary feel and won the 2006 Orchid Award for Architecture. The north side of the complex features 2 story homes on floors 1-6 which separates the living space from the bedrooms, while the west side of the building features flats. The top floor of Fahrenheit features 14 foot ceilings giving it a very spacious feel.

East Village is full of great restaurants, nightlife, and is home to San Diego’s MLB team. Some of my favorite dining experiences in East Village include Lotus Thai, Cowboy Star, Rustic Meatballs, The Kebab Shop and Knotty Barrel.
