No Lockbox

We do not believe in using a lockbox on listings. You invest in someone to sell your home and they should do just that. As your agent it is our job to get as much for your home as possible and the buyer’s agent using a lockbox won’t do that for you, as they are representing their client. All showings are done by us personally. We go into your home 15 minutes before the potential buyer arrives and make sure it is ready to be shown because you only get one chance at a first impression. It is also extremely important to educate every potential buyer on the neighborhood, building and home itself.

With technology always changing, it is important to keep up with the trends. Each listing will have a marketing plan that includes a blog, marketing emails to both potential buyers and agents in the area, social media posts shared throughout the company, mail marketing, and more.
